Any way to easily do a mockup for a design change?

I have a live site, and I have a potential, new icon that I’d like to see mocked up in the site. So I’d like to go through and change a few things in the site settings… but I’d be futzing with the live site. Is there any way to … I don’t know, maybe make a new theme that only I can see or something like that?

I know if I made a sandbox site . . . :thinking:

You can create a different theme that’s not active. But if you’re changing something that’s on a global site setting then you’d need a staging site. There are topics about how to set one up and restore the production database there.
