More details would be helpful here Jodie, is this on Meta or your own site? Who is having the issue? You? All your users? Some of your users? Can some users still log in? Can admins still log in? Does your site use SSO?
Also, are you an admin on the site? If yes and you also can not log in, have you tried /u/admin-login?
