ユーザーのステータスを変更して、すべてのメッセージが公開される前に承認が必要にする方法はありますか？

There is a setting in admin for approve new topics unless trust level (under Setting / posting)

You could use this setting to make posts by certain trust levels require your approval, then manually reduce and fix that user’s TL accordingly

This could affect other new users though, but if they can graduate through the Trust Levels as normal and are not fixed, it might not make a huge difference
