If you’re self hosting you can adjust the upload settings to whatever you’d like. There are some instructions here: Change the maximum attachment size
On discourse.org hosting there’s a 30MB upload limit for the Business tier, and total storage is capped at 100GB, so it’s likely you’d run out of space quickly. We can increase those limits for Enterprise customers, but that all comes with increased cost.
