Sorry, that file is too big V2

Hello all,

If would upload a small file like 34Mb i get this error message in the webinterface:

Sorry, this file is too big (the maximum size is 150 MB). Please upload your large file to a cloud sharing service and paste the link.

So 34MB is under 150MB. It should work.

i found this entry: Sorry, that file is too big

But a part for upload size is not found in my app.yml. So where i can set the real upload size of files?

Change the maximum attachment size
