Nascondi automaticamente il testo sotto i titoli

Ho usato l’html piuttosto che il markdown con un certo successo in passato, anche se ho usato <big> piuttosto che <h3> per evitare il problema della nuova riga ma avere comunque titoli più grandi. Qualcosa del genere:
