Ocultar automaticamente o texto sob os títulos

Eu já usei HTML em vez de markdown com algum sucesso antes, embora eu tenha usado <big> em vez de <h3> para evitar o problema de nova linha, mas ainda ter títulos maiores. Algo como isto:
