自动群组请求接受/拒绝消息

We’d like to have the option to turn on automatic messages to users when their requests to join a group have been either accepted or denied.

Ideally, the text of those messages should be configurable, but that’s not critical. The critical part is to prevent group owners from having to manually message hundreds of people.
