Estoy intentando crear un plugin que permita crear insignias a través de una interfaz de usuario, muy parecido a lo que se solicitó en esta publicación:
He incorporado la lógica y la estructura que creo que son necesarias en el plugin, pero por alguna razón, sigue habiendo un problema con routes.rb y rutas duplicadas.

Este es el error que estoy recibiendo, que incluye un error de puerto, lo cual puede ser un problema separado:
