Это кастомизированная версия или что-то другое, потому что она выглядит иначе, чем начальное состояние после установки путём клонирования https://github.com/discourse/discourse_docker.git, например, раздел «文档» и раздел «周年纪念日», но я не могу исключить, что они были добавлены вручную после установки.

Скорее всего, он ломает ваш форум.

А вот этот:

У вас слишком много плагинов, особенно неподдерживаемых или неофициальных. Удалите их все, попробуйте восстановить нормальную работу форума, а затем по одному верните только важные.

У вас не указан порт SMTP. Без него, думаю, электронная почта работать не будет.

Вы запускаете том данных с USB-накопителя, отформатированного в NTFS? Это снизит производительность и стабильность базы данных.

Плагин, который обращается к GitHub без прокси, скорее всего, не сработает в вашей (предположительно) защищённой фаерволом среде, если для его загрузки необходим gh-proxy.

Это установка для разработки? Вы намеренно обходите проверку SSL-сертификатов?

Да, как минимум тот, и, как сказала Лилли, вероятно, у вас их слишком много. Попробуйте сначала его, а затем постепенно удаляйте другие неофициальные, пока всё снова не заработает, чтобы понять, в чём проблема.
