When a user in forum enables this setting in preference “Only allow specific users to send me personal messages”
New users can’t pm the user, but people who already have conversations or in old PMs still able to send messages?
How to fix this? how to stop all people from sending messages and allow only specific ones for all messages?

맞습니다. 그 설정은 새 주제(토픽)를 시작하는 것을 막지만, 기존 주제를 삭제하지는 않습니다 (DM은 주제입니다).
주제를 삭제하거나 주제에서 사용자를 삭제하세요.
