I just complete ./discourse-setup && ./launcher bootstrap app && ./launcher start app and when I visit the site I see a “502 Bad Gateway” in the browser.

Restarting the server fixed it!
Maybe the bootstrap command can specify to do this at the end.

I believe this message is normal when you just restarted or rebuilt the app. It can take up to a minute before you can access to the site.
