I changed the subject for the “User Posted PM” email template to [%{email_prefix}] [PM] %{username} sent you a private message but it is ignored and is still using [%{email_prefix}] [PM] %{topic_title}
Using 1.8.0.beta9. Editing other email template subject lines seems to work, this one is ignored.
Also, the line To unsubscribe from these emails, click here. is always added at the end of the message, regardless of what I put in the template body. Can we fix that too and allow us to change it (or even remove it)?
I also report that this bug happens and its not fixed. I am trying to remove prefix from the subject of emailed PM and I used %{topic_title} as the subject. However its not changed. I can see that many other email templates are the same.

Algunos de nosotros hacemos clic en ese “haga clic aquí” por error, ya que es demasiado similar a los correos electrónicos de otros foros que incluyen un enlace que dice “para ver la publicación correspondiente en línea, haga clic aquí” (o algo similar), por lo que la gente hace clic por instinto. En mi caso, es especialmente molesto porque es un foro privado donde los miembros realmente necesitan (es decir, están obligados a) mantenerse suscritos.
@neil y @awesomerobot están trabajando en una revisión completa de nuestro soporte por correo electrónico para mejorar la temática, por lo que esto podría resolverse con ese trabajo.
Corregí esto hoy. Con esta corrección, se utilizarán los asuntos de correo personalizados para las notificaciones sobre temas y respuestas.
Puedes personalizar el texto de “unsubscribe_link” desde el panel de administración para eliminar el enlace. Se agrega en todas partes, por lo que no forma parte de las plantillas.
