Our logged-in users cannot post anything as they simply don’t see the button:
I did replicate this issue in the Incognito mode.

Have you tried safe-mode? https://community.elfsight.com/safe-mode It may be a stray bit of custom CSS hiding your button, and that may help you narrow it down.
