I think you can ‘allow’ an individual IP address from your /admin/logs/screened_ip_addresses page. This should then let you bypass that restriction for only that IP.

Allowing specific IP addresses

As an alternative, the Screened IPs list is found at Admin > Security > Logs & Screening > Screened IPs. To allow an IP address, enter it in the New field, select ‘Allow’ from the dropdown menu, and then click the Add button:

You can also use an asterisk wildcard or traditional IP notation (e.g. 123.456.78.9/24) to screen a range of IPs.
