Calls to Open AI API failed

I have installed Discourse on a Intranet environment. Since this time, the call to the API OpenAI are failing.

I got this error :
Job exception: FinalDestination: lookup failed

The error is on the file ssrf_detector.rb on the method “lookup_and_filter_ips”

Any idea how to solve this problem ?

Does the server internet connection? Otherwise it’s expected for the calls to fail right?
