Ero dell’idea che un membro silenziato potesse inviare messaggi privati allo staff anche rimanendo silenziato.

Sembra che questo non accada quando silenzio. C’è un’impostazione che devo modificare?

Do they have the trust levels to actually do so? I’ve had silenced members send us personal messages with no trouble.

Heather, you’re right. Someone who is TL0 doesn’t have the ability to message at all. That’s the difference. Up the TL, ability to message the mods/admins is still there when they are silenced.
