I’m afraid these are system badges and cannot be edited.
You would need to create some custom ones if you wanted different thresholds. To enable the custom ones to be triggered automatically you would need to Enable Badge SQL and set them up according to Create Triggered Custom Badge Queries.
Though you could also grant them manually using the data explorer to create the list and use the Bulk Grant option on the Badge page.
