We create a new badge for our users,and we want interaction with them when they get this badge, we think it will be more fun.

1.Can I send message to who get the specific badge at once?

2.Can system send them a message when they get the specific badge automatically?
Just like when people get Trust Level 1, system will send them badges.basic_user.long_description.

This could be handled by Discourse-automation if we added a trigger for receiving a badge. cc/ @j.jaffeux
