This looks to be: a couple of components: Topic List Thumbnails GitHub - discourse/discourse-minimal-category-boxes GitHub - discourse/discourse-big-carousel-component: Work in progress (this might be beta I think) enabling the gamification plugin to show the leaderboard (which is a built-in plugin now – edit: for higher plans) changing the font-family to poppins and some playing with the colour palette That should get you quite a way there. I believe (1) is the Big Carousel component, and (2) is Minimal Category Boxes.
