Yes Topic List Previews has a “Portfolio” function that creates an image driven “User Wall” accessible via the User Card. It definitely delivers something very similar but it is slightly different: it delivers masonry in three columns but does not “collage” only renders masonry in one dimension, if that makes sense. ie it doesn’t fully tesselate in two.
If that’s a deal breaker I’d be very interested in a PR which offered that option.
There is also an official theme component which copied the TLP approach.
