We’re using Discourse for our Developer Community and would like to implement a way to mark topics created by external users. This mark should be visible only to specific groups, like moderators, and remain private.

Since we already have an internal users group, we’d like the system to automatically flag topics that are not created by members of this group, identifying them as external.
