Können wir "Groups" als klickbares Symbol haben?

There are many groups in the forum I manage and I want people to easily find it.

Can the Groups as a clickable icon in the menu bar? Like Below:

Simple solution is to add custom menu item in top menu for the /groups URL.

Right now it is not available through site settings. Try plugins. Once I was achieved it via plugin.
