Impossible d'envoyer des e-mails aux adresses contenant des signes plus (« + ») depuis le composeur

This is an issue I ran into while sending e-mails from Discourse.

Considering that an e-mail with a +tag is considered valid, Plus signs ("+") in email addresses, does it make sense to fix this?
