Parece que fue un error transitorio que se resolvió cuando se volvió a implementar el sitio. Hoy ya no es aplicable ni replicable. Como prueba, restauré la publicación eliminada y la moví creando un nuevo tema y la creación fue exitosa. Tenga en cuenta que, sin embargo, eliminé tanto el nuevo tema como la pequeña acción sobre el tema original, ya que usted ya se había encargado de crear uno nuevo.
