Can't set up Discourse ID: Application with this redirect URI already exists

Hi!

I have set up a discourse instance. The first time, I did not configure SMTP in order to set up Discourse ID, which did work. But then I reinstalled the whole app - this time configuring SMTP during setup.

Now, when I try to enable Discourse ID via the Admin panel, it does not work. And it says in the production.log:

Error: {“errors”:[“You supplied invalid parameters to the request: Application with this redirect URI already exists”], “error_type”:”invalid_parameters”}

Is there a way to remove the old instance from Discourse ID?

Yes, please send me a PM here with the URL of your instance and I’ll clear the existing credentials. (This is a temporary fix, we’re in the process of making this workflow better.)
