I’m on mac and following this guide: Beginners Guide to Install Discourse on macOS for Development.
Got to this: bundle exec rake db:create db:migrate RAILS_ENV=test bundle exec rake db:create db:migrate and returning this error:
Could not find nokogiri-1.8.5 in any of the source
Run "bundle install" to install missing gems.
I ran bundle install, but midway, it returns an error, shown here:

I can’t seem to run bash <(curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/techAPJ/install-rails/master/mac), and it returns an error sh: syntax error near unexpected token(’`
Were any messages output before the error? You’ve not given any indication whether the script ran at all, or threw an error part-way.
Je suis content que ce sujet ait été déterré (purement par coïncidence). Je suppose que le problème existe depuis un certain temps et qu’il ne se limite pas aux Mac Apple Silicon.
J’avais le même problème sur mon iMac M1 en suivant le même guide que vous. @blake a été génial et a réussi à trouver une solution de contournement pour moi. 
J’ai réussi à le faire fonctionner sur mon Mac M1. Je ne suis pas exactement sûr de ce qu’est le problème, mais voici une solution de contournement que vous pouvez utiliser.
Depuis le premier onglet du terminal, exécutez :
bin/rails server --binding 127.0.0.1Depuis le 2ème onglet du terminal. Accédez à ce répertoire dans le répertoire discourse.
cd app/assets/javascripts/discourseEnsuite, exécutez cette commande :
ember server --proxy http://127.0.0.1:3000Ensuite, accédez à http://localhost:4200
Je ne suis pas sûr. Vous ne devriez plus avoir à utiliser ember server --proxy sur les Mac M1. La méthode normale consiste maintenant à utiliser un onglet de terminal à partir du répertoire racine de discourse et à exécuter bin/ember-cli -u. Cela exécutera à la fois le serveur Rails et le serveur Ember avec une seule commande. Pouvez-vous essayer cela et voir si cela fonctionne ?
