I would like to verify my site with google webmasters, how can i quickly insert a html meta tag into the pages?

Go to Admin > Customize > CSS/HTML and create a new customization in order to add your meta tag in the </head>.

Hey, i’m also trying to do this. Where do i find the CSS/HTML tab. It doesn’t seem to be in the Customization category anymore.

It’s the button here under admin > customize > themes (you have to select a theme from the left first)

Ohhh. Tysm it works now.

You know, if you have google analytics configured, then the same account with google analytics access should be able to use that as a verification method, without adding additional code to your site.
