Change styling of inline code blocks so they stand out more

The workaround of just adding CSS already exists for most installs.

Sadly, some of us don’t have the possibility to do that. We are on the now-defunct Discourse for teams and I don’t believe this is an option (nor is migrating away from it since the menu is not available yet in plain discourse @tobiaseigen tells me). I would totally tweak the css otherwise
