I’d like our Discourse Chats to look more like Telegram for ease of read; Telegram layout is very well thought out:
- my messages alighed to the right side
- others’ messages aligned to the left side
- different colours
- Space saving time marks:
- In a chat with only two people in it, no usernames are needed; it just adds noise and takes extra vertical space
Could this be done as an improvement to the chats layout in the Discourse, or as a setting to make chats look more like well known and adopted messengers, or, as a last resort, has anyone done a theme / CSS component to make it so?
