Child category RSS contains invalid 404 link

Issue:
Child category RSS contains a link which does not exists

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open RSS link of any child category for e.g: wordpress - Discourse Meta
  2. Url under attribute and atom:link href has invalid url path

  3. Here you can see it contains url: https://meta.discourse.org/c/wordpress however it should be wordpress - Discourse Meta
