Recently migrated to Discourse and system emails seem to be working until clicking on system email links always redirects to a blank page.

Sample:

  1. Grant someone an admin access
  2. That person receives a system email
  3. Click the confirm admin button
  4. Opens to a new page [domain]/u/confirm-email/[id]/[id] but it is just blank.

We are using SES AWS. Hoping you can share your insights on this. Thanks!

Are you using a docker image created with launcher? Do you have any non standard plugins?

Yes, we are using Discourse Docker. The only non-standard plugin we use creates a new tab “Forums” alongside Latest, News, Unread. Checked the site settings but I’m not able to point what email/admin settings to change?

Hello. I think I saw something in “console”:

Firefox:
“Request to access cookie or storage on “” was blocked because it came from a tracker and content blocking is enabled.”

Chrome:
“Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response…”

I’m not sure but is there something that I could change in site settings or in app.yml?

Update: When JavaScript is disabled, I can now access the "confirm admin page. In addition, I tried /safe-mode but the page didn’t load as well.
