Description
When the show copy button on codeblocks setting is enabled the codeblock copy button blocks the use of the up button on the codeblock’s vertical scrollbar and also interferes with access to the scrollbar “thumb”.

Reproducible steps
- Hover the mouse pointer over the scrollbar of the codeblock below.
The copy button interferes with access to the scrollbar’s up button and/or thumb.

I was not able to reproduce the fault on try.discourse.org because the show copy button on codeblocks setting is not enabled on that Discourse instance.
The fault is also caused by the expand button added to codeblocks that have a horizontal scrollbar:
