Collapse category calendar

I have put the calendar at the top of some categories via Events calendar categories, but users have complained it takes too much vertical real estate.

I am thinking it would be good to allow these to optionally be collapsed as a default.

I’m not sure the best way to allow the default collapsing option to be by category though, given the current configuration implementation, although maybe it’s always one way (collapsed or not), and then the plugin could remember the user’s choice for each category.

I’ve encountered the same issue. It is quite large, and the topics are quite a way down the page as a result. It would be great to have it easy to toggle off/on and have some defaults for it (user/site).

3. It would also be helpful to have a button to hide the calendar so as just to have a topic list of all events at times.
