Confidentiality of Posts, Public/private/onlyForAdmins

Hi, I am working in a French cooperative and we are incorporating a discourse Forum in our website, the thing is we would like to know if there is a possibilité to publish posts but only for a certain type of users.
I would like to have something like a category only available to be read by the staff of our cooperative.

Have you had a look at creating some groups for users? You can then create private categories for these users and only specific users can see them

This already exists you should have a pre-seeded category called #staff on your forum?
