This will allow you to decorate posts with the Badge you want to display beside username in topics.

Create custom badge and grant to users. Then goto profile and choose badge to display.

Similar to one user …can i make title available to all the member of one group . means all admin must have admin box next to username

For custom groups, there is the option to configure a ‘default title’.
