Summary
Discourse Crypto Ticker shows live cryptocurrency prices (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, memecoins…) as a ticker or cards. Choose from 6 positions and 4 styles, and pick the coins from a built-in admin page.

Features
- Live prices + 24h change for the coins you choose (public CoinGecko API, no API key needed).
- 6 positions — below the site header (default), above/below the topic list, top/end of a topic, or the left sidebar.
- 4 styles — Classic and Dark (scrolling strip, pauses on hover), Minimal (flat, wraps) and Cards (static grid).
- Coin picker — an admin page with the top 20 coins and a search over Binance-listed coins.
- Every coin links to its Binance page.
Configuration
Add the plugin to your containers/app.yml and rebuild:

Then open Admin → Plugins → Crypto Ticker (or /admin/plugins/crypto-ticker) → Coins to pick which coins to show (empty = the top 10 by market cap).
