Earlier today I noticed on Meta that holding Ctrl or Shift while clicking on a topic in /latest not longer caused a new tab/window to open. I thought it was a fluke, but after updating my dev instance I can confirm it there too.
Note: This only seems to affect /latest. The latest section on /categories seems to be unaffected.
Edit: This also affect Suggested Topics.
