Unless this is a plugin issue, it seems not to be though. The custom emoji selection falls off the bottom of the selector, like so

Also I really, really, really, really, really want a way to restrict emojis selection to certain emojis, but can find no working way of doing so, even with a plugin. Does anyone know of any existing method to do so that works?
Thx for link, will try it out. It’s just whatever emoji set comes default, with custom emojis uploaded in the admin section. Going to try to eliminate everything except the custom emojis.
Ok so it worked with that theme. There is an annoying “custom emojis” header still there that all users can see, but maybe I can hide it with CSS in my free time.
