I’ve put in a bug report for this TC:

The first Custom Top Nav link inappropriately appears selected

The first custom top nav link appears to be selected; this is of course nonsense as it isn’t usually a list. This really quite ruins the functionality; if it isn’t going to be addressed, perhaps this should be tagged broken?
