Customized LeaderBoard in Discourse

I’m not sure if this does what you need, but as it happens there were recent, significant improvements in this area:

New Leaderboard/User Directory Features

The users directory has gotten a tune-up and is now much more aligned with the leaderboard functionality that people have been asking for.
