Dashboard tooltips broken

Tooltips might be the wrong word…

The onhover % change in the stats is no longer displaying properly.

When looking at a list of topics, and hovering over the number in the Views column, the tooltip for views in the 1.0k-1.9k range displays “this topic has been viewed 1 time” instead of the correct number of views like the others do. views_long: one: "this topic has been viewed 1 time" other: "this topic has been viewed {{number}} times"
