How long does Discourse keep IP logs by default?

It is listed in our privacy policy which is linked at the bottom of every discourse.org webpage.

I saw those as I was editing my privacy policy; I wasn’t sure whether they were the defaults or specific to meta.discourse.org.

Altes Thema, aber eine gute durchsuchbare Abfrage.

Ich habe gerade festgestellt, dass auf meiner Standard-selbstgehosteten Discourse-Instanz die Rotation „täglich“ und die Aufbewahrung 7 Tage („rotate 7“) beträgt:

> less /etc/logrotate.d/nginx

/var/log/nginx/*.log {
  daily
  missingok
  rotate 7
  compress
  delaycompress
  create 0644 www-data www-data
  sharedscripts
