My forum is private, and I do not want it indexed. I also want to delete previously created indexes.
Crawling was prevented with the robots.txt settings below.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
But how do I remove an existing index?
Does it stop crawling and is automatically removed over time? Or should I add <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> this html to the tag?
