Unterschied zwischen "🪄 verwandten" und "ähnlichen" Themen

If there is at least one unread topic, a section with “ related” topics will appear.

If there are no unread posts, a section with “similar” topics will appear.

Based on my observations, both sections display the same topics. Is there a difference? The different names imply there is.

They are the same, we recently changed “Similar” to “Related” and forgot to replace in the single list case. Thanks for the report!
