Digest sent to Proton Mail

I`m an admin with gmail workspace account and receive digest.
Created test-user with proton-mail account, default digest settings, but do not receive any digest.
Could it be a problem with Proton? Or any other suggestions?
I really care that my users get digests for 100 %

Is that still the same problem you had in your other topic? Did you check the settings and the time period the user did not visit the forum?

Hello Valentyn My guess is they don’t receive the digest depending on either the digest settings (which require a user to be away from the forum for a while in order to receive one), or the personal settings of users (they can chose to opt-out from digests).
