If one uses more than one instance of Discourse then the discobot-related badges (at least “Licensed” and “Certified”) have to be re-earned on each of those instances. Earned them on the first one but no credit passed onto subsequent ones. Learned how to interact with Discourse on the first but considered a neophyte on all subsequent ones until discobot interactions are repeated ad nauseum. Particularly galling when one used the Discourse Hub app to access them all.

Each Discourse forum is a little world of its own, with a separate user profile, and even different Discobots depending on whether they’ve tweaked them.
On the other hand, the Badges aren’t mandatory so you can just skip them if you don’t want to do them repeatedly.
