New Users usually don’t have the right to upload Images. But as part of the new user tutorial @discobot shows the user a picture of a Unicorn and asks the user to upload a Picture he likes. So new users are usually not able to complete the Tutorial

New users at trust level 0 can upload one image to a post, unless you’ve changed the defaults.
Well, just finished the tutorial here … and it was the first interaction for me so I just wanted to give some feedback.

Yup - that was a regression introduced by my recent changes. (Thanks for bringing it to our attention @Finis!)
I’ve made a commit just now which should address that error. It should get deployed here on meta shortly.
