Hello,

I have a Discourse forum where the option to download backups suddenly disappeared. The entire section where you can download the file is gone. At the same time, each time I requested to download a back up, the download link was e-mailed to me. Now this no longer happens.

If possible, I would like to fix it back to the former state.

At the same time, I would like to ask if someone would be able to automate the backups, so that a backup file is sent to my e-mail every day.

Please get back to me. I don’t know how much people normally charge for something like this.

Hi @Sukenik I would suggest before hiring professional could check the folder location on server have backup files.

Else can connect further to review and fix the issue.

The Discourse interface changed. There is no issue with server as you can see, what was there is missing, the buttons are gone.

This is most likely an incompatibility with one of your plugins or (more likely) theme/theme component.

I can have a look tomorrow.

It stopped working out of sudden this month. Worked fine for 4 years. If you can help, please reach out by message. Thank you

Someone had added CSS to the theme that hid the backups as well as the theme pages.
