Afternoon all, been stuck on this for a few days. My wack-a-mole approach is not working and haven’t been able to find a post on meta that directly addresses this problem. If I’m missing it, please share the link.
At any rate, has anyone had issues with Discourse only loading the header on mobile devices? I’ve tried turning off mobile layouts, setting “Latest” for the default view and a laundry list of other things.

He intentado eliminar todo mi CSS personalizado. No he obtenido nada. 
Abre las herramientas de desarrollador del navegador y verifica la pestaña Consola en busca de advertencias o errores.
Como mencionaron anteriormente @falco y @pfaffman, tienes un tema o una personalización del tema rota. Hay un error de sintaxis en algún lugar de los archivos JavaScript de tu tema. Es posible que necesites eliminar los componentes del tema o los temas personalizados instalados uno a la vez para identificar dónde está el problema.
Ahí está. El componente Easy Footer fue el culpable todo este tiempo. Grrrr. jaja
